#Train The World AWA Style | Armed Women of America

This September, Armed Women of America is participating in #TrainTheWorld, a month-long event to build awareness and energy, and grow the community of well-trained firearm owners. Sponsors will be contributing a penny for every training shot, to accepted non-profit grant organizations, including AWA.

Simply train, either live fire or dry practice and record and report your shots. You can use the MantisX Pistol/Rifle Shotgun or Archery, Laser Academy and all your training will be logged automatically. Or you can manually enter both live and dry fire sessions. Every shot contributes a penny towards the mission!

AWA is inviting its members and supporters to participate and have created handy documents to help you train.

In addition, we will be posting daily dry fire videos on our social media pages during the month of September, so tune in for ideas and to follow along and don’t forget to record your shots!

Start Here — 3 Simple Steps

Follow these in order. Each takes just a few minutes.

1. Sign Up

Register for AWA’s #AimHigher campaign as part of #TraintheWorld and set your September shot goal. This puts you on the roster and starts your campaign.

2. Train & Track

You can join the AWA MantisX group and track every shot as you train — Mantis, dry fire, and live. OR you can download tracking sheets using the links in the next section.

3. Report Your Shots

By October 1, report your total shots so they can be counted for the overall goal, and for those participating in our AimHigher Shot-a-Thon, your pledges can be tallied.
