AWA FREEDOM 250 CAMPAIGN RULES
Prizes are provided by: Donations from the AWA Board of Directors and Derya USA.
Campaign Period: Campaign begins April 15 and ends July 4, 2026
Every new member who joins during the campaign period shall be entered in the Freedom Prize Package and Grand Prize Drawing. Every member who recruits a new member will receive one entry for each new member in the Freedom 250 Prize Package Campaign, and a single entry in the Grand Prize Drawing (one entry per person).

Firearms awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. The winner must be able to legally possess the firearm in its factory configuration in his or her state and locale, following completion of all required federal and state background checks. If a winner is unable to legally own the firearm included in the prize pack, the entry will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
NOTE: The DY9 cannot be shipped to Massachusetts.
Open to all AWA members. To enter without recruiting, mail entry to: Armed Women of America, Attention: “Freedom 250 Campaign”, 3509 E. Shea Blvd. #107, Phoenix, AZ 85028. On a 3×5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address. No other items are to be included. All mail-in entries must be received by Armed Women of America on or before July 4 2026.
Prize Qualifications
The Grand Prize package can only be awarded to an individual who is legally qualified to receive, own, and possess it. Entrant understands that he or she cannot take possession of a firearm until he or she has satisfied the applicable government transfer and background check process in-person at the licensed premises of a Federal Firearms Licensee Dealer (“FFL”) in accordance with local, state, and Federal law.
The Entrant further agrees that he or she is solely responsible for his or her compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Receipt, ownership, or possession of the items in the prize package may be PROHIBITED IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS and is VOID IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS. It is a Potential Winner’s sole responsibility and obligation to complete any legal obligations related to receipt of the Prize (such as background checks for firearms). A Potential Winner shall not be entitled to any monetary payment in lieu of a Prize that the Potential Winner is unqualified to receive.
Fees
The Official Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes, or expenses associated with the prize award, including but not limited to any transfer fees for firearms imposed by the FFL.
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize except by Armed Women of America and Prize Sponsors, who may substitute prizes as necessary. The winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the value of his/her prize as necessary.
