Every qualifying donation receives a chance to win. Donations made through the sweepstakes support Armed Women of America, a 501(c) 3 non-profit, and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (please check with your tax advisor).

On a 3×5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code), date of birth, and email address. All mail-in entries must be received by Armed Women of America on or before March 31, 2026.

Sweepstakes Sponsor and Administrator: Armed Women of America, Sweetheart Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored and administered by Armed Women of America.

Prizes are provided by: Derya USA, Hunter’s HD Gold, and GTM™️ (“Prize Sponsors”).

Firearms awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances.

The winner must be able to legally possess the firearm in its factory configuration in his or her state and locale, following completion of all required federal and state background checks.

NOTE: The DY9 Island is not CA or MA compliant, however if the winner is from CA, they may select a DY9 if it remains compliant.

If a firearm cannot be shipped to the winner’s state of residence, the winner shall forfeit, and a new winner drawn, unless a DY9 can be substituted as compliant with state laws. If a winner is unable to legally own the firearm included in the prize pack, the entry will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of the Official Sweepstakes Contest Rules.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

Armed Women of America’s Spring Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Armed Women of America and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Winner must be located in the United States.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Armed Women of America, located at 3509 E. Shea Blvd. #107, Phoenix, AZ 85028.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Armed Women of America, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on February 26, 2026, and ends on March 31, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using either of the following methods:

• Free Mail-In Entry by March 31, 2026
• Online Donation by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on March, 31 2026

5. How to Enter

Online Donation: This method of entry will be available by visiting our website (www.armendwomen.org) and following the directions provided.

Via Mail: This method of entry will be available until March 31, 2026. On a 3×5 card, handprint your full name, complete address, phone number (including area code) date of birth and email address.

Mail the entry in an envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Mail-in entries must be hand-printed and mailed in separately. All mail-in entries must be received by Armed Women of America at the address listed above, on or before March 31, 2026. Entries received after this date are not eligible.

Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Armed Women of America and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state and local taxes, including income taxes, and all expenses or fees associated with prize acceptance, receipt and use, including fees or taxes charged by the winner’s selected FFL receiving the firearm(s).

No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prize except by Armed Women of America and Prize Sponsors, who may substitute prizes as necessary. Winner will be issued an IRS form 1099 for the value of his/her prize as necessary.

6. Prize Drawing

On April 6, 2026, Armed Women of America will select the potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Armed Women of America will attempt to notify the potential winner via email on or about April 6, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, Armed Women of America may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winners will be notified by email. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Armed Women of America will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

The Prize Drawing held during the Sweepstakes Period will be conducted at Administrator’s headquarters. The winner will be notified via the email address provided at time of entry. Winners need not be present.

Return of any prize, or prize notification, as undeliverable, the inability of Administrator to contact a winner based on contact information provided, the failure of a potential winner to claim and make arrangements for delivery of a prize within seven (7) calendar days of first notification attempt, or potential winner ineligibility, will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at the Administrator’s sole discretion.

Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Firearms awarded as prizes will be distributed through licensed dealers and only in compliance with federal and state laws and applicable local ordinances. Winner may be required to provide additional information or documentation to prove Sweepstakes eligibility, including without limitation, proof of identity, age and US residency. Armed Women of America reserves the right to accept or deny awarding prizes based on information or documentation submitted or the failure to submit required information or documentation. Armed Women of America may disqualify a Sweepstakes winner immediately upon learning the winner has responded with or submitted false information or documentation. 

8. Prizes

Grand Prize: One (1) Derya DY9 Island 9mm Pistol, One (1) $200 Gift Certificate from Hunter’s HD Gold, and two (2) ladies’ handbags from GTM™️.

9. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Armed Women of America in its sole discretion, Armed Women of America may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. Armed Women of America reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Armed Women of America reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by Armed Women of America to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Armed Women of America, and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties)” from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) mechanical, network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d)lost, late, incomplete, garbled, illegible, undelivered, stolen, damaged, delayed, postage-due or misdirected mail, entries, application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event and/or the flyover, if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto). Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Arizona. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Armed Women of America in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Arizona, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Arizona.

12. Privacy

Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to the transfer of the personal information collected from the entrant to the Administrator and Armed Women of America for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and for such other purposes to which entrant may consent as outlined herein or on the Sweepstakes website. All information submitted as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the privacy policy of Armed Women of America.

More specifically, Armed Women of America may collect information that you provide to enter the Sweepstakes and will use personal information you provide to enter the Sweepstakes to actually conduct the Sweepstakes. Armed Women of America will provide the personal information you provide to enter this Sweepstakes to third-party fulfillment companies, only to administer the Sweepstakes and deliver prizes to winners.

The winner agrees to allow Armed Women of America to publish their first name only and state of residence on Armed Women of America’s website and social media pages.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Armed Women of America, 3509 E. Shea Blvd. #107 Phoenix, AZ 85028. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above).

14. Use of Information

By entering Sweepstakes, information about entrants will be captured by Armed Women of America and Prize Sponsors. The information captured includes entrants’ names, mailing addresses, email address and other information provided by entrants at time of entry or at the time of prize redemption. This information may be retained and used by Armed Women of America for any business purpose, including, without limitation, mailing lists for future contacts, advertising or promotional purposes. Entrants may be contacted by Armed Women of America and other parties with future promotional offers about their products and/or services.

15. Change to Official Rules:

Armed Women of America reserves the right to make changes to these Official Rules at any time and for any reason without notice. Any third-party trademarks mentioned herein are the property of their respective trademark owners. The use or mention of such third-party trademarks in these Official Rules or in the Sweepstakes is solely for descriptive purposes and shall in no way imply an endorsement or sponsorship of the Sweepstakes. You are providing your information to Armed Women of America and the information you provide will only be used in accordance with the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.
